Box shows signs of wear but hasn't been opened or used. I personally bought directly from TBS so I know this is authentic. 
This is a discontinued item and I can't guarantee it's freshness so selling as is. I know some people still love to get their favs even if they are past their best buy date. I can tell the it has has settled and doesn't appear to be full to the top even though it has not been used.
